Alignment of Interests
It is vital to create the strongest possible alignment of interests between the investment team and our limited partner investors. Individuals at Frontiers Capital Partners co-invest through their interests held in Frontiers Capital Holdings which is a significant limited partner investor in all Frontiers Capital funds. As a consequence, portfolio companies have access to a source of permanent capital should investment over longer periods be required.
Frontiers Capital Holdings currently has a separate Supervisory Board which is active in all stages of our investment and value creation process. This is chaired by Sir Michael Jenkins, the former President of Boeing UK, Vice-Chair of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Deputy Secretary General of the EU Commission and British Ambassador to the Netherlands.
