We are seeking mobile industry companies where we can make growth investments with the following criteria:
1. Lifestage: Fast growth companies
2. Equity Investment: €2m to €25m
3. Profitability: Proven and profitable business models
4. Geography: Northern Europe
5. Shareholding: Positions of influence
Buy-Out Capital for Mid-Market Companies
We are seeking mid-market companies where we can make buy-out investments with the following criteria:
At a portfolio level:
1. Number: At least three separate businesses
2. Geography: Northern Europe
3. Equity Investment: €50m to €500m
At a company level:
1. Equity Investment : €10m to €50m
2. Geography: Northern Europe
3. Sector: largely agnostic but not infrastructure, property, life sciences
4. Shareholding: ability to influence management through active approach and significant equity positions
5. Exit: identifiable exit strategy and buyers
When we are buying portfolios we are able to be more flexible regarding individual asset criteria.
